DATA PROTECTION NOTES ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING


The protection of personal data during the entire application process and also in the existing employment relationship is very important to us. Below we explain what information we collect during the employment process and how it is used.



1. Responsible body

The processing of data from applicants and employees takes place in the Human Resources department. 4. Use, purpose of processing and disclosure of personal data

All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. 5. Order data processing

6. Retention and Deletion of Data

We take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss and misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS. Our employees are obliged to observe the regulations of the TMG, the BDSG and the DSGVO when handling data. With regard to access control, care is taken to ensure that only authorized employees have access rights.


8. Right to information and revocation

Every data subject has the right to information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to deletion in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 DS-GVO and the right to data transferability from Art. 20 DS-GVO. The restrictions under §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right to information and the right to deletion. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DS-GVO in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG).
